Weekly Webinar: Building a Responsibility-Centered School Culture

Weekly Webinar Series

Student-to-teacher, teacher-to-teacher, teacher-to-administrator, administrator-to-student – all of these are critical to a healthy environment where everyone feels heard and valued. This webinar will illustrate how the culture in a school can become toxic when students are allowed to shirk responsibility for their actions and lay the blame on teachers. Educators may then be at odds with administrators as the students are returned to the classroom with no apparent resolution. Webinars are self-paced and are accessed through an online portal; participants will be emailed their login information and have one week to view the webinar and complete the follow-up reflection and evaluation (included in your login email). Inservice points will not be awarded unless both the reflection activity and evaluation are submitted.
